Our focus are thermochromic polymers. We develop hydrogels, thermoplastics (foils),
thermosets and additives which change their color and/or transparency at a change of
temperature. The application potential of these materials lies among others in solar
technique, engineering, automotives and information technique. We develop prototypes in
the following areas:
- Sun protecting glazing for reducing air conditioning energy in buildings with huge glass windows
- Temperature indicators/color screen
- Optical sensors
- Thermochromic polymers
You will find further information concerning thermochromic polymers on our website.
